Shipping Policies

📦 Packaging

Every order will be packed with bubble wrap or wrapping foam, postcard and die-cut sticker orders will be sent via envelopes for more affordable delivery. Please open your parcels with care.

📦 Domestic & International Shipping

FREE DELIVERY - we will be using snail mail to keep things affordable. There will be no tracking provided. Select this option for print club subscriptions and sticker purchases.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Orders ship directly to your doorstep.

Important: Import duties, tariffs, or taxes (if applied) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for parcels delayed, held, or stopped at your country’s customs. Kindly purchase with this risk in mind.

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.

I am not responsible for lost mail, but I will do my best to help. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order.

What delivery services will you use?

What if my mail got lost?

- We’ll surely help you relocate your missing packages! Do check your tracking number too!

But if the package has been marked DELIVERED to you we’re not responsible for the missing package. There are cases where the package was stolen, or mixed up in your neighbor’s mail or received by other member in the family and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for that.

What if I want to return the product?

- Sorry we don't do return policy unless it's a defect from our end. So please communicate your needs clearly before any purchase.

How do I care for my products?

- The steps to care for your products will be stated on the product packaging for your convenience.
- Prints: Keep in mind that UV rays might discolour your print, so keep them away from direct sunlight to preserve it in its best condition.

Is Curious Pots 100% handmade?

- All of our merchandise is illustrated and designed 100% by the artist and carefully created with our trustworthy manufacturers and partners. Paper products are 100% printed from our small studio at home.

Do you do commissions or custom orders?
